Romesh Verma, Judge (oral) It is heartening to note that during the pendency of the petition, the parties have entered into a compromise, whereby the petitioner has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs. 13,50,000/- to the respondent, Rashid Mohamad, within a period of three weeks from today.
2. It has further been agreed that the present petitioner shall close the loan account of the respondent and shall also issue the necessary NOC.
