JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 03-06-2026 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State through virtual mode. 2. The present application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 26.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75294 of 2025, whereby the petitioners were directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds within a period of four weeks. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Learned Advocate for the petitioners submitted that, due to a communication gap, 9 out of the 16 petitioners could not surrender and furnish their bail bonds within the stipulated period. Accordingly, the present modification application has been filed seeking an extension of time for their surrender and furnishing of bail bonds. 4. Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned Advocates for the respective parties and the averments made in the modification application, the same stands allowed. The period for surrender and furnishing bail bonds by the petitioners mentioned in the modification application is hereby extended by a further period of four weeks, subject to the payment of Rs. 2,500/-, which shall be deposited with the District Legal Services Authority, Purnea. 5.
