Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) As per the compliance affidavit regarding the order passed in favour of the petitioner in CWP No. 2145 of 2020, titled as Kanahya Ram vs. State of H.P. & Ors., disposed of on 29.05.2023, respondents have passed an order dated 17.04.2026, whereby the work-charge status on notional basis has been granted w.e.f. 01.01.2004 on completion of 8 years’ service on daily wage basis. The employee had already retired on 28.02.2019, however, the affidavit is silent regarding his entitlement to pension on superannuation. Resultantly, we direct the respondents to forward the necessary documents to the office of the Accountant General. 2. Accordingly, the Office of Accountant General, is impleaded as party respondent, who shall now figure as 2 2026:HHC:30567 respondent No. 5. Mr. Rangil Singh, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the said respondent. 3. Accordingly, pension of the petitioner as such will be finalised and paid within a period of three months from today. 4. The petition stands disposed of, so also pending applications, if any. (G. S.
