The Court has gone through the order dated 29.08.2026 passed by the learned Trial Court and while dismissing the bail application, the learned Trial Court, had also observed that the trial is likely to conclude within two months. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant, after some arguments, does not press the present application and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to file the application afresh if the trial is not concluded within the abovesaid time period. 4. The present application is, accordingly, disposed of, as not pressed. 5. The pending application also stands disposed of. 6. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 7.
