JUSTICE NELSON SAILO ORDER Date : 05-01-2026 Heard Mr. N Borah, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks impleadment of Malabika Page No.# 2/2 Choudhury, IAS, Secretary to the Government of Assam, Finance (SIU) Department, Dispur, Guwahati-6 as respondent No. 3 in the connected contempt case. He submits that the same is necessitated in view of the fact that the Department of School Education has moved the concerned file to the Finance (SIU) Department for considering the claim of the petitioner (applicant). He therefore, submits that the impleadment of the said person is necessary for effective compliance of the Court’s direction. Mr. PK Borah, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2 has no objection to the prayer. In view of above, the application for impleadment, as prayed for is hereby allowed.
