The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: “a) Call for the entire records from the office of the Respondent No.2 in respect of the layout plan, approved by the local authority insite. No.809/1 of Bogadi Village; b) To Issue writ of Certiorari and quash the notice vide No.PA/PAM/BOGADI/KM/SHA/CR/01/2025-26 dated 28/04/2025 at ANNEXURE-J issued by the direct the respondent No.2. What has essentially been challenged is the show cause notice dated 28.04.2025 at Annexure-J, which the petitioner has replied to. Since a reply has been issued, it would be required of respondent No.2 to consider the said reply and pass appropriate orders within 30 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 3. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i) Writ petition is partly allowed. ii) The reply to the show cause notice having already been issued by the petitioner. iii) Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the said reply and pass necessary orders within 30 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
