Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication and copy of office order dated 23.07.2026, passed by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Lalpani Shimla-1, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the office order 23.07.2026, reveals that the petitioner has been allowed the benefit of revised emoluments on contract basis as per Government Notification dated 12.01.2022, subject to final outcome of LPA. The Principal 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 of the concerned school has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner for the period she served on contract basis till her regularization, subject to the final outcome of LPA being filed by State and other legal remedies. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 21.07.2025 passed in CWP No.11639 of 2025, titled, Aliya Saklani vs. State of H.P. and Others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly closed. However, in case the financial benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, strictly as per the directions given in the judgment sought to be executed, she shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition. 4.
