Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner concerned was in Hyderabad for his livelihood and in view of that he has not been able to surrender within time and the rest of the petitioner in the said ABA have already appeared. He submits that two weeks’ further time may kindly be extended from today with respect to petitioner no.9 of the said ABA, to comply the order dated 16.01.2026. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner and in spite of that, he has not surrendered within time. 4. Considering the argument of the learned counsel for the petitioner, two weeks’ further time from today is, hereby, extended, to surrender before the learned court. 5. The order dated 16.1.2026 passed in the said ABA is hereby modified to the above extent. 6. The rest of the order dated 16.1.2026 passed in the said ABA is kept intact. 7.
