The present petition has been filed alleging defiance of the judgment as passed by this Court in CWP No.1345 of 2026, dated
24.02.2026.

The matter was listed before this court on 20.07.2026 and 21.07.2026 and on the said date, the learned Additional Advocate General sought time to have the instructions in this matter.

The learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record the office order dated 22.07.2026, whereby the case of the present petitioner has been allowed. Therefore, the grievances of the present petitioner stand redressed.
