The applicant, who is in custody since 14.05.2025, has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Meral P.S. Case No.105 of 2025, corresponding to NDPS Case No.10 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 21(c) of the N.D.P.S Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District & Session Judge, Garhwa, Jharkhand . 3. The prayer for bail of the applicant was rejected vide order dated 24.09.2025 passed in B.A. No.8192 of 2025. It is second attempt. 4. It has been submitted at the Bar that the case is fixed for argument. 5. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant.
