This Court finds no good reason to entertain this writ petition at the instance of an entity which introduces itself as Food and Supplies Employees Association Kashmir, as if the Department of Food and Supplies of the Government of UT of J&K has been split regionally to be owned by the employees of one region to the exclusion of the other region. 02. This Court is not inclined to grant indulgence and it is the reason that Ms Moomina, learned Assisting Counsel to Ms. Arifa Jan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition. 03.
