It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that, during pendency of Revision Case No.627 of 2017 before the Joint Commissioner of Consolidation and Settlement, Bhadrak, the Tahasildar of Chandbali is proceeding against the petitioners to evict them from the case land without granting opportunity of hearing. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Chandbali (opposite party no.4) to grant due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. Till such decision is taken by opposite party no.4, the petitioners may not be evicted from the case land.
