Kazi, Advocate for the Petitioner Ms. Neha Kamble, AGP for the Respondent-State Mr. M. D. Narwadkar, Advocate for Respondent No. 2 Mr. V. C. Patil (Ashtekar), Advicate for Respondent No. 3 Mr. P. N. Putthankulam, Advocate for Respondent No. 4 CORAM : NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI & ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, J. J. DATE : 06th OCTOBER, 2026 PER COURT : 1. Since we are disposing of the Petition by taking into consideration peculiar facts of the present case, we are not considering the case of the Petitioner on merits. 2. Fact remains that, in spite of cancellation of admission of the Petitioner, which the Petitioner claims to be a technical mistake while filling the form, the Petitioner was permitted to prosecute the B. Pharmacy (degree) course and was allowed to appear for the examinations and has also successfully passed in all the examinations conducted in four years. 1 of 2 2026:BHC-AUG:47527-DB (2) 84wp710.25 3. We are therefore of the view that Petitioner’s case is required to be considered by Respondent No.2 in review. The Writ Petition is therefore disposed of by directing the Petitioner to approach Respondent No. 2 through college, seeking review of the order dated 27th July 2022, thereby cancelling her admission to B. Pharmacy course. If the Petitioner so approaches, Respondent No. 2 shall decide the request of the Petitioner on its own merits for review by giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of above. [ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, J. ] [NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.] VishalK/84wp710.25 2 of 2
