By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of maintenance along with up to date interest, which has been deposited by the non-applicant with the Registry of this Court. In view of no objection made by non-applicant, the amount of Rs.51,000/- along with up to date interest is ordered to be released, in favour of the applicant. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, particulars of which, have been mentioned, in para-6 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
