The Court made the following Order:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. J Dileep Kumar, learned Government Pleader for Revenue representing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Ms. Aishwarya Chowdary, learned Junior Standing Counsel for A.P.E.P.D.C.L. representing the respondent Nos.6 and 7. Notice to the respondent No.8 is deemed not necessary, as the matter is being disposed of without touching the merits of the case. 2. The writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representations of the petitioner made to the respondent Nos.4 and 7 as illegal, arbitrary, etc. and for consequential directions to take action on the said representations. 3. At the time of considering the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that insofar as the representation of the petitioner for removal of electric connection is concerned, the authorities have already taken action.
Insofar as the representation submitted by the petitioner on 17.12.2025 to the respondent No.4 is concerned, a copy of which was sent through registered post on 18.12.2025, no action is taken so far. He submits that under the said circumstances, appropriate directions may be issued. 4. Mr. J Dileep Kumar, learned Government Pleader for representing the respondent Nos.1 to 4, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner is pending consideration. NJS,J W.P No.4834 of 2026 4
5. In view of the same, instead of directing notice to the unofficial respondent, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, providing that the respondent No.4 shall pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as also to the respondent No.8, as expeditiously as possible within a period of eight (08) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________________ JUSTICE NINALA JAYASURYA Date:24.02.2026 Ksj
