1. After arguing for some times, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, he wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application under Section 32 of the CG Society Digitally signed by AVANISH KUMAR PATHAK Date: 2026.02.24 17:29:39 +0530
2 Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 before the Registrar, Firms and Societies challenging the impugned election. He further submits that the Registrar concerned may be directed to decide the application being filed by the petitioner within a specific period.

Learned counsel for the respondents submit that they have no objection to allow the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.
3. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
4. On due consideration, petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with the liberty as sought for. It is further observed that, if the petitioner files an application before the concerned Registrar within a period of 30 days from today raising its grievance as raised in this writ petition along with a copy of this order, then the same shall be considered and decided by concerned Registrar within 90 days from the date of filing of the application.
5. With aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands
disposed of. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, stands
