1. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs:
“A Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, particularly m the nature of Mandamus, directing Respondent No 1 to consider and decide the Petitioner's Application dated 06 05.2026 (sent through Email and Speed Post on 07 05.2026) seeking sanction/permission under Section 86 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for institution of a civil suit against Respondent No 2, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a time frame as may be deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court; B. Direct Respondent No. 1 to afford the Petitioner an opportunity of personal hearing, if so considered necessary, before taking any decision on the Petitioner's aforesaid application,” This is a digitally signed order.
