Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to surrender within the stipulated time as the petitioner was suffering from fever and to buttress his such argument, he refers to Annexure-2, which is the prescription of Jivan Anmol Hospital. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent State submits that anticipatory bail was already granted to the petitioner but inspite of that, the petitioner has not surrendered within stipulated time. 4. Annexure-2 is the document which suggest that the petitioner was suffering from fever and in that view of the matter, two weeks’ further time from today, is, hereby, extended to surrender. 5. The order dated 21.04.2026 passed in the said ABA is modified to the above extent and the rest of the said order is kept intact. 6. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
