This matter was listed before this Court on 21.07.2026 and 22.07.2026, when learned Additional Advocate General sought time to have the instructions in the matter. 3. Today, he has placed on record copy of the office order as passed by the Director, whereby the representation as filed by the present petitioner has been rejected.
