NATARAJ ORAL ORDER The petitioner has challenged the prosecution launched against them in C.C No.165/2017 arising out of Crime No.1/2017 registered by respondent No.1 for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 448, 504, 354 read with Section 149 of IPC. 2. When this petition was listed for admission, this Court indicated that it is not a fit case for quashing proceedings. At that stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of C.C No.165/2017 as charges are framed in the year 2021. 3. In that view of the matter, this petition is dismissed.
