A Mondal, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the Sessions Trial No. T 2/79/2025 arising out of G.R. Case No.75/2025 has been pending before the Circuit Court, Gossaigaon for a long time. There is no Presiding Officer in that Court. Therefore, the petitioner is languishing in jail for a long time. 2. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 3. The District Judge, Kokrajhar is directed to conduct the trial himself of Sessions Trial No. T 2/79/2025 and after examination of 5 (five) prosecution witnesses, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court again for seeking bail. 4.
