Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent has opposed the restoration but submits that he does not wish to file a reply affidavit. 3. Having perused the averments made in the Interim Application, I am satisfied that there is sufficient cause shown to restore the Arbitration Petition. In my view, the same would best be served in the substantive interest of justice. 4. Hence, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
