This Contempt Case has been filed complaining the willful disobedience of the respondents in implementing the order dated 23.01.2023 in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.41736 of 2022.
2. At the stage of admission of the writ petition, this Court by order dated 23.01.2023, directed the respondent Nos.2 and 3 therein to disconnect the power supply to the bore well situated in Sy.Nos.489 and 491 to an extent of Ac.0-47 cents, Ac.1-05 cents and Ac.0-65 cents in total Ac.2-17 cents situated in Chinthalapalle Village Revenue Limits (Khajipeta), Midthur Mandal, Kurnool District, now Nandyala District, drawing the water by the respondent No.3 therein, as per the interim injunction order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in S.A.No.443 of 2021, dated 15.09.2021 by this Court.
