Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file an appeal under Section 14 A (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act) Act. Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and the certified copy of the documents may be substituted with their photocopies.
