Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced communication dated 15.06.2026 issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1 and copy of office order dated 22.05.2026 passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary) Bilaspur, District Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of office order reveals that the petitioners have been allowed the higher pay stage in the concerned level of pay matrix after completion of two years regular service, subject to the final outcome of the LPA filed in 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? ( 2026:HHC:30559 ) 2 Mohit Sharma’s case. The DDOs concerned have been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners and release the arrears. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 30.08.2025 passed in CWP No.13973 of 2025, titled, Leela Devi and another vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released within eight weeks from today to the petitioners, as per the directions of this Court in the judgment sought to be executed, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 3.
