The applicant, who is in custody since 17.09.2025, has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Rail (Hatia) P.S. Case No.22 of 2025(N), corresponding to N.D.P.S Case No.30 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/ 29 of the NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (NDPS)/ Addl. Judicial Commissioner – XII, Ranchi. 2. It appears that earlier the prayer for bail of this applicant has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.03.2026, passed in B.A. No.2000 of 2026, but that rejection order has not been annexed with the present bail application. Although the Hon'ble Apex Court vide its judgment dated 11.02.2026, passed in Criminal Appeal No.825 of 2026 (arising out of SLP (Crl) No.12669 of 2025] reported in 2026 SCC OnLine SC 188, has observed that every petitioner or applicant, seeking bail, at any stage of proceedings, is under an obligation to disclose all material particulars related to the case. 3. This practice is not acceptable. 4. Accordingly the present bail application is, hereby, dismissed. 5.
