By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers: “a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondents to rectify the date of birth of the Petitioner in consonance with the guidelines provided in Respondents' official website in the interest of justice.” 2. Issue notice. The learned SPC accepts notice on behalf of respondents. 3.
