Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced communication undated July, 2026 and copy of order dated 06.05.2026 passed by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Lalpani, Shimla-171001. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid order reveals that the representation of the petitioner in execution petition has been decided. This Court while disposing of CWP No.20743/2025, titled, Achar Singh and Anr. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? ( 2026:HHC:30560 ) 2 and Ors., on 31.12.2025 had only given direction to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners in light of judgment passed by this Court in CWP(T) No.7712 of 2008, titled, Paras Ram vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Anr., and judgment dated 15.07.2010 passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in LPA No.36 of 2010, titled, Sita Ram vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., expeditiously, preferably within four weeks. Since the representation filed by the petitioner in the execution has been decided, the mandate contained in the judgment has been complied with and thus, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is disposed of. However, he shall be at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy, if he is aggrieved by the order dated 06.05.2026 passed by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. 3.
