Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record a copy of office instructions dated 23.07.2026 from the Director School Education, conveying that petitioner's claim has been considered and budget amounting to Rs.37,358/- stands sanctioned in his favour. The said amount has also been allocated to the Block Elementary Education Officer, Swarghat, for its disbursement to the petitioner. 2. Let the amount in question due to the petitioner under the aforesaid office instructions be released to the petitioner within two weeks. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 3. Taking note of the above, the present proceedings are closed.
