Order 27/03/2026
1. The present bail applications have been filed under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 204/2024 registered at Police Station Bhabru District Kotputli-Behror for the offence(s) under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 126(2) & 352 of BNS, 2023 and the learned Trial Court amidst the offences under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 126(2), 352, 118(1), 118(2) of BNS, 2023 dismissed the bail applications before it.

Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that vide
order dated 08.10.2025, interim protection was granted in anticipatory bail. It is submitted that on 16.10.2025, the applicants have marked their presence before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. It is submitted that present is a matter of cross-FIRs and regular bails have been granted. It is also submitted that both the parties have been arrested.
3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the present bail applications.

Having heard the contentions made by the counsel representing both the parties, upon a perusal of the material available on record and taking note of the fact that vide order dated 08.10.2025, interim protection was granted in anticipatory bail; that on 16.10.2025, the applicants have marked their presence before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation; that present is a matter of cross-FIRs and regular bails have been granted to the co-accused, this Court is inclined to make the order dated 08.10.2025 as absolute and allow the
[2026:RJ-JP:12953] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-12649/2025] instant bail applications, howsoever if the facts are otherwise, the side opposite will be at liberty to file bail cancellation applications before this Court.
5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail applications are allowed. The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police Station Bhabru, District Kotputli-Behror in F.I.R. No. 204/2024 is directed that in the event of arrest of the accused-applicants Ajay S/o Rudmal, Hariram S/o Sardarmal & Rudmal S/o Sardarmal, they shall be released on bail, provided they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station. Withal, following conditions are also imposed upon the applicants:- (i) that the applicants shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and (iii) that the applicants shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
6. A copy of present order be placed in the connected applications.
