The Petitioners have sought for permission under Section 22 of the OLR Act to sell their land, which has been registered as T.L. Case No.78/2025 in the Court of the Sub-Collector, Dhenkanal. It is their grievance that the case has not been p. 2 p. 2 disposed of as yet, as a result of which they are unable to transfer the land as instituted. 4. Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Sub-Collector, Dhenkanal to dispose of the aforementioned T.L. case as early as possible, preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the Petitioners. 5.
