Considering the reasons assigned in the application and considering the short period of delay 25 days, IA No.1 is allowed. Delay in filing the MCC is condoned. 4. Heard on application for restoration of MAC No.20/2017 (Durgesh Nandani Gupta and Ors Vs. Vitthal Yadav and Ors) which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 23.09.2025 by this Court. 5. Counsel for the respondent does not oppose the aforesaid application. 6. Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the applicant and the reasons assigned in the application, I am inclined to allow the instant MCC. 7.
