The applicant who is in custody since 01.09.2025 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Cyber Crime Case No.150 of 2025 arising out of Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.123 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023 read with Section 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) and 84 (c) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 3. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 09.03.2026 passed in B.A. No.11152 of 2025. 4. Prayer for bail of the applicant has been renewed stating that the charge has already been framed and the other co-accused has already been enlarged on bail. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been renewed. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 6. Considering the fact that the other co-accused has already been enlarged on bail and the fact that the charge has already been framed, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Cyber Crime Case No.150 of 2025 arising out of Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.123 of 2025, subject to condition that the applicant will submit self-attested copy of his Aadhaar Card and also give his 2026:JHHC:17883 2 B. A. No. 3929 of 2026 mobile number before the learned trial court which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
