Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 212/2014 dated 25.02.2014, registered at Police Station New Ashok Nagar for commission of offences under Sections 420/471/468 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The FIR was registered in the year 2014 and the charges have been framed in the year 2024. Some of the accused persons have already absconded and has been declared proclaimed offender. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition. He, however, prays that the learned Trial Court may be requested to expedite the disposal of the abovesaid case, as even otherwise, the FIR was registered way back in the year 2014 and the present case is coming in the way of the This is a digitally signed order.
