3. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks following relief:

9 of Delhi Right to Information Act, 2001 duly submitted by petitioner on dated 15.04.2026 against the respondent no. 2 and dispose of the same after due inquiry and a copy of order also be provided to the petitioner in the interest of justice.”
4. Issue notice. The learned counsels accept notice on behalf of respondents.
5. After hearing learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and in view of the issue involved in the instant petition, this Court finds it appropriate to direct that the present petition filed before this Court be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner, and respondent no. 1 is
directed to decide the same, within a period of eight weeks from date, under intimation to the petitioner herein.
6. In above terms, the present petition stands disposed of.
7. In case of any further grievance, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court by way of a fresh writ petition.
8. The order be uploaded on the website forthwith.
