LPA No. 422 of 2026 and LPA No.425 of 2026 It is brought to our notice that the learned Single Judge had not granted the benefits of arrears to the appellants and they were ordered to be treated as Clerk from the date when they were regularized as Office helpers i.e. in the year 1999, but the benefits of the arrears of pension had been directed to be paid to them from the due date of their retirement. It is submitted that an application was also filed before the learned Single Judge for modification of judgment dated 21.05.2026, on the ground that the post was not pensionary, but the same was dismissed on 16.06.2026. Notice. Ms. Kiran Dhiman, learned Counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent(s).
