Gajraj Singh Jain and Anr. versus Paramjit Singh and Ors.” whereby the learned ARC allowed the Respondents’ Application seeking leave to defend. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners, after advancing arguments for a considerable period of time, on instructions, seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition. 4.
