Pramila Yadav and others v. Premsagar Gunjani and others), whereby this Court has enhanced the compensation amount awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal from Rs.15,69,400/- to Rs.20,51,120/-. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that during the pendency of MAC-1055-2022, the applicant No.04 died on 24.09.2024 vide death certificate (Annexure-A/2), which fact could not be brought before the Court at the time of passing of final order dated 28.10.2025. Therefore, the enhanced amount to the extend of Rs.4,81,720/- is liable to be paid only to the applicants No.01 to 03 herein and, as such, modification to that extent is payed for by way of this MCC. 3. In that view of the matter, since the applicant No.04 died on 24.09.2024 and at the time of passing of final order dt. 28.10.2025 in MAC-1055-2022, all the applicants herein (appellants therein) were held entitled for the enhanced amount of compensation, order dated 28.10.2025, passed in MAC-1055-2022 (Smt. Pramila Yadav and others v. Premsagar Gunjani and others) is modified to the extent that the applicants No.01 to 03 herein are only entitled for the enhanced amount of compensation to the tune of Rs.20,51,120/-. Rest all the conditions of the order dt. 28.10.2025 shall remain intact. 4. With aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed. No cost. s@if sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge
