At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 9 months’ salary has not been paid to the petitioner by the respondent No. 3, therefore, appropriate direction may be made. 2. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the respondent No. 3 within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if such a representation is made by the petitioner, respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide petitioner’s representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order within three weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
