1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:
“10.1 This, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue the writ of Mandamum Commanding upon the respondents and direct them to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.09.2025 (Annexure-P/5) and also this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 3 to give posting to the petitioner at vacant post of Head Master at Government Primary School Moharibhatha, District: Mahasamund (C.G.), in the interest of justice.
2 / 2 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire relevant records from the respondents. 10.3 That, any other order of orders or direction or relief though just and fit in the circumstances of the case amy also kindly be granted.”

Learned counsel for petitioner subimts that husband of the petitioner is also an employee of the State Government. Elder son of the petitioner is suffering from Aplastic Anemia and is taking treatment from Sanjeevani Cancer Hospital Raipur. Looking to the serious disease with which petitioner’s son is suffering, he is to administer medicines thrice a day. She is facing great difficulty in discharging her duties and taking care of her son and therefore, she has submitted an application for her transfer at the School at Moharibhata, District: Mahasamund (C.G.) where the post is lying vacant, enabling her to provide better facility and care to her son. The application was submitted by the petitioner in the month of September 2025 and is still pending consideration, and therefore, direction be issued to the respondent No. 3 to take decision on the pending application, at the earliest.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.

On due consideration of submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this stage, is disposed of directing respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
