The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 19.03.2026 (Annexure P-10) whereby Vinay Pal, Senior Divisional Accounts Officer (Retired) has been replaced by District Revenue Officer, Panipat as Administrator. 2. Respondent No.5 filed petition under Section 21 of Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012 with respect to induction and removal of few members. Respondent No.4-District Registrar by order dated 01.01.2025 cancelled membership of 26 members. State Registrar vide order dated 21.02.2025 set aside order of District Registrar. Registrar General of Societies set aside order of State Registrar. Respondent No.4 on 13.02.2026 appointed Vinay Pal as Administrator. The Administrator submitted a complaint before respondent No.4 against Om Parkash Punia-respondent No.5. The Administrator asked respondent No.5 to submit original record. The Administrator on 17.03.2026 sent a complaint to District Registrar against respondent No.5 alleging non-cooperation. The Director General- respondent No.2 vide order dated 19.03.2026 has directed District Registrar to replace Vinay Paul with District Revenue Officer, Panipat as Administrator. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Administrator by impugned order has been replaced on the basis of complaints of respondent No.5 who is in habit of making complaints. He is interfering in the affairs of the society. He even prior to passing of the impugned order intimated Administrator that he no longer has any connection with the society, thus, should stop harassing tenants and members of the society. 4. Learned State counsel submits that there were complaints against Administrator namely Vinay Pal who was a retired officer. The Registrar General found it appropriate to appoint a serving officer as Administrator. There is no prejudice to petitioner. 5. Heard the arguments and perused the record. 6. As per petitioner, Vinay Pal, Administrator pointed out illegalities of respondent No.5. He made complaints against respondent No.5. There was no occasion to change Vinay Pal as Administrator. There appears no mala fide on the part of authorities. The action seems to be taken to resolve the issue and for the welfare of members of the society. No interference of this Court is warranted. 8.
