Order 23/02/2026 The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking directions to decide the Suit No.241/2016 titled as Harish @ Pintu & Another Vs. Smt. Vidhya Devi & Others, before the Court of Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), Bundi.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has also relied upon a
judgment passed by this Court in the case of Vishambhar Dayal and Others Vs. Jagannath Brahmin through LRs reported in 2024 (1) LRW 307 decided on 11.12.2023. Taking note of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to learned counsel for the petitioners to file an appropriate application before the concerned Court by relying upon the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Vishambhar Dayal (supra). In the event of any such application being filed, the same may be duly considered by the learned Court in accordance with law. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
