The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 674/2022 of PS Bhajanpura for offence under Section 323/506/377 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act. 3. Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he forced 11 year old boy into unnatural sex. The earlier bail application was allowed to be withdrawn on 17.03.2026 because the victim has supported the prosecution case. This is a digitally signed order. It is submitted by learned counsel for accused/applicant that he is in jail since December 2022. 5. Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with the request for directions to the trial court to conclude the trial and completely dispose of the case by pronouncing judgment within two months. It is also submitted by learned counsel that vide order dated 03.02.2026 also, this court had granted extension of 03 months to conclude trial, but that has not been done. 7. Apparently, despite extension granted on 03.02.2026, trial has not been concluded. 8. As requested, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial court is directed to conclude the entire trial by pronouncing the judgment within three months from today. In order to ensure compliance, copy of this order be also sent to the trial court.
