The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 29.07.2026 passed below Exhibit D-36 in Regular Execution Application bearing No. 7/2018/C pending before learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 'C' Court, Margao. During course of hearing, learned Advocate appearing for Petitioners submits that Petitioners had filed two applications for consideration of the Executing Court. Application at Exhibit D-36 is decided, however, 12th October, 2026 2026:BHC-GOA:2036 47 WP 1000 2026 objection/application at Exhibit D-37, whereby Petitioner had objected executability of the decree is neither considered nor decided till date. He submits that Petitioner has no griveance against order impugned if Executing Court considers objection raised vide Exhibit D-37. 2. In view of the submissions advanced, the Writ Petition stands dismissed with directions to Executing Court to consider and decide the Petitioner's pending objection/application at Exhibit D-37 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today. 3.
