Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the State. 2. The present criminal appeal has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Kharsawan P.S. Case No.66 of 2023 (G.R. No.572 of 2023) corresponding to Children Case No.15 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 376, 34, 509 of the Indian Penal Code. The case is presently pending in the court of the learned P.M.J.J.B., Seraikella-Kharsawan. 3. The appellant in conflict with law falls in the age group of 16-18 years who is in custody since 14.09.2023, has approached this Court for his release on bail. However, his father is ready and willing to keep this juvenile under his proper care and custody. The juvenile is accused of committing rape. 4. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. From perusal of the records, it appears that the charge has been framed on 09.12.2024 but till date not a single witness has been examined. The victim lady is aged about 33 years while the appellant is minor. The FIR was lodged after eight months of the incident. Considering the factual matrix of the case and the Report of Juvenile Board, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned P.M.J.J.B., Seraikella-Kharsawan in connection with Kharsawan P.S. Case No.66 of 2023 (G.R. No.572 of 2023) corresponding to Children Case No.15 of 2024, subject to the condition that one of the bailors must be the father of the appellant. Further, the appellant will submit his mobile number before the learned court below which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court. 7.
