As per the case of the prosecution, information was received at the concerned Police Station on 23.03.2025 from Cyber Range Police Station, Raipur, through the coordination portal operated by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, regarding action against mule account holders. Upon consideration of the said information, a prima facie offence under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 111 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 was found to be made out, whereupon the crime was registered and taken up for investigation. The information reflected on the coordination portal of the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre, which serves as a platform for sharing cyber crime–related inputs for investigative purposes, indicated that certain mule accounts were being used for disbursing, utilising, and enriching proceeds obtained through cyber fraud. In this regard, it was found that a total of 128 bank accounts in the Bank of Maharashtra, Raipur Branch, had received deposits amounting to Rs.64,10,855/- up to 11.01.2025, allegedly derived from cyber fraud. Upon receipt of the said information and having reason to believe that the amount was being used, concealed, or disposed of for the 3 purposes of cyber fraud, the present offence was registered and investigation was undertaken against the present Applicant. Hence, this application. 3. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case for which, he is behind the bars since 26.03.2025. It is contended that the Applicant is a 28-year-old young man with a bright future ahead, and the learned trial Court failed to properly appreciate this aspect. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Hon’ble Court on the ground of parity in MCRC Nos. 902/2026, 497/2026 and 148/2026, and another co-accused has been granted bail by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (Crl.) No. 13678/2025 arising out of the same crime number. It is therefore argued that the case of the present Applicant is identical to that of the aforesaid co- accused persons who have been granted bail, the Applicant has no previous criminal antecedents and that the conclusion of trial is likely to take considerable time, therefore, the may be released on bail. 4. Per contra, learned Counsel for the State opposes the bail application and submits that this Court has already rejected the bail application of co-accused Mohit Mandavi vide order 4 dated 06.02.2026 passed in M.Cr.C. No.10207/2025. It is therefore contended that on the same ground, the present bail application also deserves to be rejected. 5. Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the case diary. 6. It is noticed that the bail application of co-accused Mohit Mandavi has already been rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.02.2026 passed in M.Cr.C. No.10207/2025 and the present case stands on similar footing. In view of the nature of allegations and considering the parity with the co-accused whose bail has been declined, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the present Applicant, at this stage. 7. Accordingly, the bail application of the Applicant – Anil Kshatriy involved in Crime No.129/2025 registered at Police Station – Civil Lines, District- Raipur (C.G.), for the offence under Sections 111, 3(5), 317(2), 317(4) and 317(5) of the BNS, 2023, is hereby rejected. 8.
