This petition takes exception to the judgment and order dated 4th December 2025 passed by the Administrative Tribunal, Panaji Goa, in Comunidade Appeal No.8/2024. 2. Heard learned Advocates appearing for respective parties. 3. This Court finds that the dispute between parties needs to be addressed by the Administrator of Comunidade in light of representation made by Petitioner dated 22nd November 2023, and 12th October, 2026 2026:BHC-GOA:2028 21 WP 246 2026 subsequent orders passed. In the wake of the aforesaid backdrop, the Petitioner shall be at liberty to make comprehensive representation along with relevant documents to the Administrator of Comunidade, South Zone, within a period of 10 days from today. Once such a representation is made, the Administrator shall proceed to decide the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter by giving opportunity of hearing to all concerned. 4. Needless to state here that this Court has not gone into the merits of contentions of parties and the Administrator shall be at liberty to resolve this dispute after considering material tendered before him, without being influenced by any order which is the subject matter of challenge. 5.
