Though in the writ petition several grounds have been raised questioning the impugned order, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is not challenging the impugned order, but is only seeking a direction from this Court to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation seeking grant of patta, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation seeking grant of patta, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 5.
