By the present appeal filed under Section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (hereinafter referred to as “the Atrocities Act”, for short), the appellant takes exception to the order dated 20/08/2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Wardha, in Criminal Bail Application No.317/2026, thereby enlarging respondent No.2 on bail in connection with Crime No.1233/2026 registered with Police Station Wardha (City), for the offences punishable under Section 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Atrocities Act. 03. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 29th October, 2026. 04. The learned A.P.P. waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1/State. 05.
