Learned State counsel, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent shall inspect the waterbody in question and then submit a report to the competent authority, who shall take further action in accordance with law. 3. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to cause an inspection of the waterbody in question and note down the encroachments and submit the report to the competent authority.
